The C&C restaurant opened up for Mother’s Day having record number of patrons. The Castle Rock restaurant owner said she can’t pay her employees and pay bills on $200 a day.
The restaurant owner is facing up to $1500 in fines. The owner tweeted this the day before mother’s day:

The governor issued a statement Sunday declaring the action illegal and dangerous.
