A McDonald’s restaurant in Guangzhou, China banned black people from entering the restaurant. McDonald’s has condemned this action and has closed that store down. Guangzhou has the largest black population in China.
There are reports that China had ordered other businesses to ban black people as well. The US consulate has advised African Americans not to visit that region, not that they could always with Covid restrictions.
A group on Twitter that is called, Black Levity China, tweeted out a viral video showing a sign on the McDonald’s door barring black people from entering. 
The incident is being blamed on Corona virus and not racism according to the communist government.
But according to the Black Levity China group there is widespread discrimination against black people in China.
